The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, in plain language

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If HIRE isn’t the right fit, you can cancel within the first 30 days after Campaign Launch and receive a 100% refund of the fees you’ve paid HIRE. Just send written notice (email is fine) within that 30-day window.

How the refund works

  • We refund 100% of the fees you’ve paid HIRE and waive any unpaid balance (including unpaid installments of the Implementation Fee, Recruiter Implementation Fee, or Leader Implementation Fee).
  • Ad spend is excluded. Ad spend is paid directly to the advertising platforms (Google, Meta, or Indeed) and HIRE never receives it, so it isn’t ours to refund.
  • The refund isn’t conditioned on giving an exit interview, though we may request one.
  • It’s available as long as no undisputed invoiced amount is past due when you give notice, and it doesn’t apply in cases of fraud or abuse.

How to request a refund

Send written notice to HIRE (email is fine) within 30 days of your Campaign Launch. We’ll process the refund of the fees you’ve paid and waive any remaining balance under that Services Order.
