What if our team has fewer than 5 reps or under $1M in revenue?
We will still take the strategy call. The 11-step engine is built for teams scaling past the founder-led stage, so if you are below the line we will tell you which 2 or 3 steps of the engine to install yourself first. Recruiting ad spend, candidate sourcing, and interview pipelines are all managed remotely by our team out of regional ad accounts; your leadership runs the in-person interviews and ride-alongs in your local market.
How is D2D HIRE different from a staffing agency or résumé-flipping recruiter?
D2D HIRE is not a staffing agency. We do not send you résumés. We install a full recruiting operating system inside your business that you own: paid acquisition funnels, multi-layer screening, calibrated interview scorecards, and a 90-day rookie-success layer.
