Built on 10,000+ reps hired · 100+ partners · 43 states
We build and run recruiting for door-to-door sales teams. We write and manage your recruiting ads, screen and qualify applicants, and help you get new people onto the team. With the HIRE Advantage Partnership, your team runs the interviews and gets the commitment. With the HIRE Summit Partnership, our Corporate Recruiter handles those conversations too, with additional outbound recruiting and follow-up. Both include our two-day live Sales School for new hires.
It's an ongoing recruiting partnership built around your business. We run the work included in your partnership under your brand, review the recruiting with your leaders, and keep improving it as you hire. The people we recruit join your company. Sales School is part of preparing them for the job, and your leaders handle onboarding, product training, and coaching in the field.
Yours. The opportunity we advertise is a job with your company, and the people who accept join your team. With HIRE Advantage, they interview with your team. With HIRE Summit, our Corporate Recruiter runs the interviews on your behalf. Your local leader then builds the relationship with the new hire and helps them get started.
With HIRE Advantage, we handle the ads, screening, and qualification so your recruiter can spend more time interviewing qualified people and getting commitments. They still need to explain the opportunity honestly, build trust, and decide who fits your team. If you want us to take on the interviews and commitment conversations too, that's the role of our Corporate Recruiter in HIRE Summit.
Most of our partners are established companies doing at least $1 million in annual revenue, with five or more reps already in the field. We also look at whether your leaders have the time and ability to bring new people onto the team and help them succeed.
We recruit for door-to-door and direct-sales teams in Roofing, Replacement Windows, Residential Solar, Energy (community solar, gas, and electric), Pest Control, Telecom and Fiber, Insurance, and Remodeling and Home Improvement, along with other home-service industries. We build the recruiting around the role, the market, and the opportunity you're offering.
Yes. We work with established companies adding door-to-door as a growth channel, including the recruiting, pay plan, leadership, and training needed to support it.
Tell us where the business is today and what you're trying to build. We'll look at whether a recruiting partnership fits your situation or whether there are pieces you should put in place first.
We work with partners across the United States, with partner operations in 43 states. Recruiting can be managed remotely, while your local leaders handle the work of bringing new hires onto the team and supporting them in the field.
The steps are Attract, Engage, Screen, Qualify, Interview, Commit, Onboard, Integrate, Train, Launch, and Retain. They describe how we think about recruiting from the first contact through a rep's experience on the team; who handles each part depends on your partnership.
We spend the first two weeks building your recruiting system. Once the campaign launches, you'll have reps ready for the field within a week, and we keep refining the recruiting through the first 90 days and beyond.
We run the ads, screening, and qualification; HIRE Advantage leaves the interviews and commitment conversations with your team, while HIRE Summit adds outbound recruiting and has our Corporate Recruiter run those conversations. Sales School is included in both, and your company handles onboarding, integration, product coaching, ride-alongs, and paying the reps.
Plan on 2–4 hours a week during the first couple of weeks of implementation, then 30–60 minutes a week for feedback, strategy, and decisions. Your team's interviews, onboarding, integration, and field coaching are still part of running your sales team.
We build the recruiting around your market, product, pay plan, and the kind of rep you're hiring. That changes the ads, screening, and interview conversations so candidates understand the job they're considering.
Your first interviews take place 15–16 days after we begin building your recruiting system. That includes the two-week build before the campaign launches.
Most come through Indeed. We manage hundreds of thousands of dollars in Indeed ad spend every month across our partners, with the ads running on each partner's own account. We build the ads around your market and the role you're hiring for, then follow through with screening and qualification. Referrals and other recruiting channels can add to that work where they fit your team.
We screen and qualify applicants against the requirements of your role and whether they understand and want to pursue the opportunity. We're looking at things such as communication, coachability, commitment, and follow-through. With HIRE Advantage, your team runs the interviews after that screening. With HIRE Summit, our Corporate Recruiter runs them. Screening helps you make a better hiring decision; you still learn more about a person through training and the work itself.
They work for you. Candidates apply for your opportunity, accept an offer from your company, and join your team under your own employment or contracting arrangement. Your company pays them and manages their work. We help you recruit and prepare them, and we don't take anything from their pay.
Sales School is a two-day live program with 15 hours of instruction, taught by Jake Swenson and Mike Yandre. It's included for new hires in both partnerships, and your team handles product training and coaching in the field.
Reps who attend Sales School get The Forge as part of the partnership. It includes the Sales School video library, Script Practice, Ignite lessons for their first 30 days, and Peak Performance for daily commitments, goals, and habits.
Learning the script and practicing it gives a rep more room to listen instead of concentrating on the next line. We teach the fundamentals and have reps work on their delivery, with your managers continuing that coaching in the field.
We've worked with more than 100 partner companies in 43 states, with more than $220 million in revenue generated for partners. The case studies show individual teams and their experiences. Look at the industry, the role, and what the partner actually achieved when you're considering how that experience relates to your own business.
Retention varies with the role, pay plan, training, leadership, and the experience people have after joining. In our internal cold-recruiting benchmarks, a healthy program keeps about 60% of the reps who launch through week one, 40% through day 30, and 20% through day 90. Those are planning benchmarks, not a promise for every partner. We also track accepted offers, launches, and production separately so we can see where the team needs help.
The price depends on your market, hiring needs, and which partnership you choose. Our fee structure includes a monthly retainer, a placement bonus at day 15, and retention bonuses at days 45 and 90. You also fund your own advertising budget. The ads run on your account, and we don't mark up the media spend. We'll walk through the amounts and timing for your team before you decide.
The agreement has a 90-day initial term, which gives the recruiting time to ramp, along with a no-questions-asked money-back guarantee in the first 30 days. It also sets out the rest of your commitment, including the cancellation requirements. We'll walk through those details with you before you sign, alongside the recruiting plan and fees, so you know what you're agreeing to.
Pause and restart terms need to be covered in your agreement. If you expect to stop recruiting seasonally or between hiring pushes, bring that up before you start so we can explain how a pause would work and whether any fees or notice requirements apply.
You do. The ads run on your account, with full visibility, and your ad accounts and applicant history stay with you. The people you hire are part of your company. If the partnership ends, you keep the accounts, the data, and your team.
No. We don't offer territory or category exclusivity. Your recruiting runs under your company's brand, and the people who accept your opportunity join your team. Working with us doesn't give you an exclusive claim to an industry or geographic market.
Our standard offer includes a 100% money-back guarantee in the first 30 days, with no conditions. Review the guarantee and your agreement so you're clear on the refund covered before you start.
We agree on a hiring target for the first 90 days, measured by reps hired or accepted into your organization. If we miss that agreed number, we keep recruiting free until we hit it, with the target and terms written into your agreement.
We'll learn about your business, where recruiting is breaking down, and what your leaders can take on. If a partnership makes sense, we'll explain how it would work for your team and go through the numbers with you.
Bring it to a strategy call. We'll talk through your team, your hiring plans, and anything you need to understand before deciding whether to work with us.
