HIRE LLC ("HIRE," "we," "us," or "our") hires and trains door to door sales representatives. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from job applicants and website visitors, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By applying to one of our job postings, submitting an interest form, or providing your phone number to us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect only the information needed to evaluate you for a position with us and to communicate with you about it.
We do not ask for your Social Security number, driver's license number, bank account information, or payment card information when you apply. If you are hired, that information is collected separately through our onboarding and payroll process.
We collect your information from the following sources, in every case because you responded to one of our job advertisements:
We do not purchase contact lists. We do not obtain phone numbers from data brokers, lead aggregators, or lead resellers.
We use your information for our own hiring purposes only. Specifically, we use it to:
We do not use your information to advertise or sell you any product or service. We do not use it for any purpose unrelated to your employment with us.
If you provide your mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages, we may contact you by SMS or MMS about your application, interview scheduling, hiring updates, and open positions with us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your mobile number and your consent to receive text messages are never sold, rented, or disclosed to any outside party. The only parties who handle your mobile number in connection with our messaging are our messaging service providers, who transmit messages on our behalf under contract and are prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message from us to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at admin@d2dhire.com or 480-269-0227. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying for or receiving any job, and opting out will not affect your application. See our Terms and Conditions for full messaging terms.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or license it. We do not share it with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We have not done any of these things in the preceding twelve months, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your information is handled by outside parties in only two narrow circumstances:
Service providers acting on our behalf. We use vendors for applicant tracking, phone and text messaging, email delivery, interview scheduling, video interview recording, and cloud hosting. These vendors are subcontractors providing support services to us. They may access your information only as needed to perform those services and are contractually prohibited from using it for their own purposes or disclosing it to anyone else.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of any person.
That is the complete list. No advertisers, no data brokers, no lead resellers, no affiliates.
We retain application records for three (3) years from your last activity with us, or longer where required by applicable employment, tax, or equal opportunity recordkeeping laws.
We retain SMS consent and opt-out records for at least four (4) years to document compliance with telephone consumer protection requirements. If you opt out of text messages, we keep a record of your opt-out specifically so that we do not text you again.

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have additional rights under those laws, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the right to opt out of sale or targeted advertising (we do neither), and the right to appeal a denied request. California residents may also designate an authorized agent to make requests on their behalf.
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transmission, access controls limiting applicant data to personnel who need it, and vetted service providers under written data protection terms.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our positions are open to individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us at admin@d2dhire.com and we will delete it.
Our job postings appear on third-party job boards and social media platforms. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. This policy applies only to information we collect and hold.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be posted prominently on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
